Ball valves

General information

Valves have are fully welded or bolted (Split body).
Full-bore design.
They have flanged or weld-in connections.
Available sizes: DN6 ÷ DN700.
Pressure range: PN16 ÷ PN420 (ANSI 150 ÷ 2500).
Temperature range: -30 ÷ + 60°C (special designs on request).
Medium: natural gas (special designs also possible).
With the trunnion ball or floating one.
SOFT or PMSS seal.
Systems:
- emergency sealing (for selected diameters)
- SPE (single piston) or DPE (double piston)
- drainage and venting
- gradual pressure equalisation so-called by-pass
Fire safe-resistant and anti-static design(for selected diameters).

Due to the range of diameters and pressures available, they have a wide range of applications in:

Actuators

Depending on the amount of torque required to open them, all ball valves are fitted with a key or a worm gear. Optionally, ball valves can be fitted with electric, pneumatic or electro-hydraulic actuators.

Depending on the size and customer requirements, ball valves can be fitted with:

worm gearboxes

limit switches
lock against unwanted overdrive
transport lugs
supporting feet

Corrosion protection coatings

As a standard, the ball valves in the above-ground version are protected by spray painting using electrostatic technology, depending on the corrosivity category in class C4 or C5 according to EN ISO 12944-2.
The underground components of the tap can be PUR-coated and tested in accordance with EN10290.

Special designs

Special designs for temperature ranges on request.
Special corrosion protection coatings according to customer specifications are possible.
On request, we manufacture ball valves in special designs and materials, e.g. stainless steel or NACE-certified material MR0175.
We also manufacture valves, taking into account specific customer requirements, such as final pressure and functional testing of taps or checking the quality of anti-corrosion coatings.
