CNC turning centres

CNC turning centres – have 2 or 3 numerically controlled axes
Working parameters:

• minimum turning diameter fi5mm, maximum fi1100mm
• almost all machines have the possibility of milling and drilling in the “C” axis
• possibility of making long workpieces – work with support (tailstock)
• automatic work with bar feeder CNC milling

Centres CNC milling centres

Centres CNC milling centres (vertical and horizontal) all have 4 numerically controlled axes each.

Operating parameters:

• tool magazine up to 90 positions
• pallet systems
• maximum workpiece dimensions:
  • diameter 1450 mm
  • height 1550 mm
  • table load 2000 kg CNC

Carousel centres CNC

Carousel centres have 3 control axes.

• tool magazine up to 24 positions
• machining
• pole milling
• drilling milling in “C” axis
• hydraulic chuck fi1600
• maximum workpiece dimensions:
  • diameter 1800mm
  • height 1300mm
  • table load 8000 kg/ throughput 2000mm
